Job Description

CEDA is currently hiring a Fleet Coordinator for our Edmonton team! The position will primarily support the Fleet Management Program and act as the primary contact for our employees utilizing company vehicles.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • You are well organized and the go to person to maintain and co-ordinate all CEDA vehicle GPS devices, fuel cards, vehicle maintenance, data base updates and more!
  • Oversees the administration of all fleet related contracts
  • With a high sense of awareness- reporting on risks and opportunities linked to the fleet vehicles with assigned business units
  • Safety is our main priority and ensuring company policies are met is a top priority
  • Maintaining and managing all vehicle rental requests and all asset disposals
  • Supply reporting to various CEDA business groups
  • Support and learn other areas of the business


Role Specifications
 

  • Post-Secondary Administration education or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of industry related experience
  • Strong computer skills - experience with Microsoft Suite of products in addition the ability to learn new systems quickly
