  • Proactive Planner: Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department, making sure everything is in place for a seamless service experience.
  • Cash Handling Champion: Collect and process payments, following dealership guidelines with precision.
  • Feedback Aficionado: Follow up with guests, request feedback, and discuss surveys within 24 hours. Your attention to detail ensures continuous improvement.


Qualifications:
 

  • Customer service experience with a passion for creating positive experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
