Job description
We are looking for a Parts Clerk for a permanent, full-time position.
In conjunction with the Parts Manager, the person will have to welcome retail, internal and wholesale customers, collect the information required to identify needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Functions:
• Carry out research for parts and accessories to send them to company personnel or to sell them to the public;
• Sell parts to customers over the counter, through the workshop or by telephone;
• Plan parts purchases based on needs;
• Ensure the receipt and shipment of parts, as well as the maintenance of classification;
• Participate in inventory management.
The main duties are listed above, but the incumbent may be assigned to other functions.
Requirements:
• Parts skills card;
• Good knowledge of the different mechanical components;
• Computer skills, knowledge of Office software, SERTI (an asset);
• Neat and professional presentation;
• Excellent physical fitness and ability to lift loads;
• Listening, positive and proactive attitude;
• Any combination of training and experience will be evaluated.
