Job description
This is a full-time permanent position.
It include the following Service Advisor duties: -Greeting customers
-Writing up Repair Orders
-Doing estimates
-Selling and scheduling the work
-Getting parts
-Billing out work
-Customer follow up
You will be helping customers in person and also by phone.
Training
Before starting you will participate in an in person orientation and complete a series of online job related training modules. In depth hands on training will be provided on our service software, sales philosophy and techniques.
