Job description
Our service center is looking for a Manager capable of managing a team effectively. You must be an excellent communicator and motivator, in addition to demonstrating professionalism and leadership.
The Service Manager's tasks are, among others:
- To set the department's objectives and ensure their monitoring;
- To ensure that we offer outstanding customer service in order to attract new customers;
- To know and apply the terms relating to guarantees and company policies;
- To maintain a high quality repair service;
- Manage delicate situations effectively:
- To ensure employee performance by using appropriate reports;
- To carry out any other task required for this position.

The jobholder must:
- Have good knowledge of mechanics and computers as well as relevant experience as a director;
- Have experience in employee management;
- Possess a valid driving licence in Quebec;
- Be bilingual (French/English), both orally and in writing.
