The Service Advisor duties at Dunlop Ford are essential to positive customer experiences and our company's success. Dunlop Ford will be adding a Service Advisor with skills to support and improve on our current processes. This position will provide an opportunity to learn or enhance your knowledge about the automotive industry, apply your talents, contribute to team goals and enjoy personal achievements. Responsibilities
 

  • Service appointments and scheduling
  • Assigning work to the appropriate technician
  • Estimating service repairs
  • Advising customers of service maintenance and repair needs


Qualifications
 

  • Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics
  • Strong work ethic towards physical and administrative duties
