As a Finance Manager you will oversee all aspects of the finance and insurance (F&I) department, including financing, leasing, and insurance products. You will work closely with customers to secure financing, present financing options, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance, excellent sales skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
 

• Manage the finance and insurance (F&I) department, including staff supervision and training
• Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers
• Present financing and insurance options to customers in a clear and compelling manner
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to automotive financing and insurance
• Review and approve finance contracts and related documents
• Work with sales team to maximize finance and insurance product sales
• Assist customers with questions or concerns related to financing or insurance
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in automotive finance, with a proven track record of success
• Experience managing a team preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive financing and insurance products
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance software (e.g., Dealertrack, RouteOne)
