Parts Advisor

Winnipeg Honda

Salary plus performance bonus

Job Type: Full Time

We have a great opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities at Winnipeg Honda. We are one of the fastest growing dealerships in Manitoba with a recently expanded shop to keep up with our growing customer base.

After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to work with multiple computer programs and assess and advise customers on repair and maintenance work.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Order and complete parts orders and verify orders match shipping documents
  • Interact with retail, wholesale, and internal customers as needed
  • Perform inventory on-hand checks and corrections
  • Assist customers with ordering and selecting parts requests to technicians
  • Maintain clean, organize and safe parts and delivery area
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:
 

  • Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Routinely walking, standing, bending for up to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
