We have a great opportunity for a Parts Shipper/Receiver to join our team at Crown Toyota, where we are ranked 1 in volume across all dealership brands in Manitoba and offer top industry training to guide your success, located in the Waverley Auto Mall.

Responsibilities:
 

• Ship and receive parts orders and verify shipping documents
• Ability to explain benefits of OEM parts
• Interact with retail, wholesale, and internal customers
• Perform inventory on-hand checks, corrections. Correct negative on hands
• Track core charges and follow up for return
• Fulfill parts requests from technicians

Requirements:
 

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
• Proficient in computer skills
• Highly motivated
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Flexibility with work hours and ability to work the occasional Saturday
