Business Development Centre Advisor

Crown Auto Group

Salary: Hourly plus commissions

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00am-5:30pm

Thursday and Sunday: Off

Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm

We have a great opportunity for a Customer Support Center Representative to join our team in a company and industry with great growth opportunities in our Business Development Center in the Waverley Auto Mall. This is an entry level position that provides you with a launch into the exciting automotive industry.

After the initial 90 days of comprehensive training, success will mean having the ability and skills to work with multiple computer programs, while being the first point of contact for our dealerships.

Requirements:
 

  • Customer oriented
  • Multitasking capabilities
  • The ability to manage and consistently meet deadlines and targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office programs and computer literate
  • Excellent listening and communication skills


What you will do:
 

  • Responsible for booking service appointments
  • Responsible for making necessary changes on the status of per appointment
  • Book appointments for customers who contact The CROWN Auto Group
  • Handle the appointment booking process in service, prospecting and follow-up
