Capital Ford Lincoln Collision Centre in Winnipeg is looking to add to their Rockstar team! If you enjoy a fast-pace challenge, providing customers with a seamless experience, and looking for opportunity to grow your career, we are looking for a Body Shop Administrator!

Essential Duties:
 

  • Conduct detailed inspections of repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with Capital's quality standards
  • Collaborate with technicians, repair planners, and customer service to address and rectify any customer quality concerns promptly
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering vehicles in exceptional condition
  • Manage parts ordering and inventory to prevent shortages and maintain stock levels
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of damaged vehicles, documenting and recommending repairs as per inspection results
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers, insurance companies, and repair teams, ensuring effective communication
  • Schedule repair projects efficiently to optimize shop productivity and adherence to deadlines
  • Monitor repair progress, adjusting workflows to address any delays or issues directly
  • Work across departments to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all repair documentation and customer records
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and communicating repair details and expectations
  • Offer guidance to customers on vehicle maintenance and care, aligning with manufacturer specifications
  • Clearly explain any additional repair needs, costs, and time considerations to customers
  • Ensure repair orders are clear and comprehensive for all parties involved

Qualifications:
 

  • Experience working in a body shop or other automotive shop environment is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
