Job description
We are looking for a person with strong customer service skills to fill a Follow up & appointment Clerk position in the service department. This is a permanent position.
Tasks:
- Scheduling appointments at the service department;
- Confirming appointments for the next day by text, email or telephone;
- Carrying out outgoing calls for various campaigns such as manufacturer recalls and/or internal promotions;
- Update our customer database.
Requirements:
- Customer satisfaction at heart;
- Jovial personality;
- Good ability to express oneself clearly in French;
- Skill with digital tools.
