Job description
We are looking for a Sales Secretary / Accounting Clerk.
Main responsibilities:
- Receive calls;
- Prepare sales files;
- Carry out a compliance check of files before and after delivery;
- Ensure you obtain all the necessary documentation for financing;
- Carry out required transactions with the SAAQ;
- File documents;
- Perform data entry, various accounting tasks;
- Provide support to sales managers;
- Perform any other related administrative task.
Profile and skills:
- Basic experience in an administrative position in the automotive field;
- Ability to work with deadlines to meet (end of month);
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- An autonomous and versatile person;
- Good computer skills.
