Liaison Agent

As a Liaison, you will act as a brand ambassador and provide a positive experience to all customers.

A day in the life of a Liaison Agent at Carrossier ProColor:

    • Effectively manage reception operations to ensure efficient organization and support;
    • Provide services to customers by reviewing the services offered and cross-selling different programs by explaining the benefit of our multiple service offerings;
    • Collaborate with the Production Manager and Sales Managers to ensure vehicles are on track for timely and seamless delivery;
    • Communicate and interact with customers through different technologies such as SMS, emails, video conferencing, etc.;
    • Assign work orders to technicians.

Our ideal candidate:

    • Masters the French and English language (an asset);
    • Is at ease when learning new software;
    • Holds a valid driver's licence;
    • Has considerable experience as a liaison officer or in a similar role;
    • Has at least 1 year of experience in customer service;
    • Has knowledge of computers;
    • Has an excellent work ethic, attention to quality and positive attitude within the team.
