Job description:

We are currently looking for an Appointments Attendant to complete our team in our service department.

Here are the main tasks of the position:

- Make appointments for the service department;
- Confirm appointments;
- Answer incoming calls from the service department;
- Make outgoing calls (promotional campaign, interview reminder, etc.);
- Perform all other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

- Have experience in a similar position and/or in customer service;
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and professionalism;
- Be bilingual, in French and English, orally and in writing (ESSENTIAL);
- Be focused on customer satisfaction.
- Have knowledge of CDK and Excel systems (an asset).
