Job description
We are looking for a Parts and Service Attendant to assist in scheduling appointments.
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Service Department team in the execution of tasks related to customer service and administrative follow-ups of operations.
Primary duties are listed below, but the incumbent may be assigned to other duties:
- Serve and advise technicians and technical advisor;
- Serve and advise customers at the counter, by phone or email in their choice of parts and/or accessories;
- Order, reserve and invoice parts;
- Prepare and send orders as well as place and pick up parts from our inventory;
- Answer calls from other garages to sell them Mitsubishi parts;
- Participate in the closing and opening of repair orders according to standards;
- Notify your supervisor of any irregularities related to the closing of repair orders;
- Assist in the receipt of parts orders;
- Assist in the distribution of parts to technicians;
- Respond to customer appointment requests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner;
- Perform other duties as required and directed by management;
