Our dealership in the West of Montreal is looking for a Parts Clerk.

Brief job description:
- Sell parts to all customers at the counter, through the shop or by phone;
- Help customers choose parts efficiently and provide high quality service to internal and external (retail and shop) customers;
- Inform customers about accessory parts and specials;
- Ensure that the customer is aware of the full range of products;
- Answer phone calls and/or e-mails, quote prices and provide other information;
- Adopt a strategy for incoming calls and e-mails aimed at selling parts and/or making appointments;
- Solicit regular customers by telephone;
- Ensure that in-house requests for parts are invoiced on the service repair order;
- Collect payments from retail customers or obtain credit authorization;
- Ensure that all customers receive their copy of invoice;
- Maintain accurate records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special order parts;
- Follow up on back orders;
- Verify, on a weekly basis, records of orders to be picked up by or delivered to customers, as well as back orders;
- Replenish assigned inventory on a daily basis.
We offer compensation based on years of experience - any Parts Clerk training will be considered.
Knowledge of Serti software is an asset.
