SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Experience or training as a parts clerk (an asset);
- Good attitude, sense of repartee and resourcefulness;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Computer literate;
- Excellent customer service;
- Knowledge of Serti software (an asset).

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Perform retail sales over the phone and at the counter;
- Assist mechanics in identifying parts needed for repairs;
- Invoice parts on repair orders and ensure billing accuracy;
- Plan parts needs, according to repairs in the shop or for new and used vehicle preparations;
- Carry out the procurement and ordering of automotive parts;
- Maintain and control inventory accuracy;
- Process parts returns, warranties and trade-ins as required;
- Perform any other related duties.
