Duties:
- Identify customer needs for vehicle repair;
- Estimate maintenance costs, write up work orders and follow up;
- Perform related tasks as requested by the Service Manager.
Qualifications and skills:
- Experience in sales and customer service;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Product knowledge (an asset);
- Knowledge of crimping (an asset).
Ongoing training is available.
