Parts Clerk

HGrégoire Mitsubishi Laval is looking for the rare pearl to fill a Parts Clerk position in order to expand its team!

Work schedule:

- Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
- Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to noon;
- Full-time and permanent.

Responsibilities:

- Sell automotive parts at the counter, through the shop or by telephone;
- Advise customers;
- Provide high quality service to internal and external customers;
- Inform customers about accessory parts and discounts;
- Inform customers about the full range of products on offer;
- Answer telephone calls;
- Solicit regular customers by telephone.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive field (mandatory)
- Knowledge of the CDK system;
- Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English, intermediate to advanced, to meet the needs of our English- and French-speaking customers;
- Excellent customer service;
- Resourcefulness.

Compensation: $22 to $30 per hour.
