HGrégoire Nissan Chomedey is currently looking for an Assistant Manager for the Pre-Owned Vehicles Department / Desk Manager.
The person whose mandate will be to motivate and support the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions in the new vehicle department (DESKING TO);
- Participate in training new Sales Consultants;
- Participate in identifying the training needs of the sales team;
- Collaborate in the design of improvement programs for sales consultants experiencing difficulties in reaching their objectives;
- Know and understand all federal, provincial and municipal laws governing retail automotive sales.
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive sales;
- Bilingualism (French-English), both oral and written, at intermediate-advanced level, to meet the needs of our English and French-speaking customers;
- Leadership skills;
- Mentoring and training skills;
- Ability to close transactions;
- Open-mindedness and flexibility.

Experience:
- As a Manager / Assistant Manager in the automotive sector: 2 years or more (required).
