Our retail client is seeking a Intermediate Solution Architect to work on a diverse portfolio of IT projects in support of e-commerce and retail initiatives within the automotive part industry. (Permanent, onsite in Winnipeg)

Must Haves: 
 

• 5+ years of experience Architecting solutions
• Work experience background in Retail, E-commerce, and ERP systems
• Experience creating mockups using Visio, DPI Mockups, and MIRA
• Be able to be onsite in Winnipeg 5 days a week

Nice to Haves: 
 

• API development
• ETL Solutions

Responsibilities: 
 

• Research emerging technologies and trends to solve complex problems
• Act as a key decision maker to identify future IT Landscape
• Identify interconnections across departments and carry projects through planning to implementation with a heavy focus on documentation and vendor accountability
• Support E-commerce, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing initiatives
• Utilize broad knowledge of various Platforms and Technology to support the business in developing architectural documentation for a variety of projects
• Work with a variety of Software as a Service providers to conceptualize ideas and transition work to their vendor partners
• Mentor junior architect for project initiatives and architectural best practices
