Join Our Team as an Account Executive 

As an Account Executive, the expectation is the continuous and ongoing engagement with both new and existing services including new technologies, platforms, software, services and tools/resources. In addition it is exempt that the Account Executive will have and maintain

This position requires you to physically visit stores on an ongoing basis. Some of this will also be done remotely and all activity is logged in Hubspot. You will be given a territory to manage and clients can be added as your book of business grows.

 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and personal skills
  • Self motivated and goal oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships
  • proficiency in using technology tools for communication, reporting and presentations
  • Automotive sales experience is a must
  • OMVIC license is a must


Ongoing and continuous communication with management through provided channels. It is mandatory the Account Executives use HubSpot for everyday activity. Visits ,presentations, sale etc.... This is the software of choice today and at anytime can be changed, which you will receive ample time to do so.

The objective is to solicit and secure private sales events leveraging our core service offerings and to book these into our monthly calendar 30 days in advance and beyond. Another objective is to solicit these same dealers for a long term repeat business.

Responsibilities 
 

  • Annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets will be established and mutually agreed upon.
  • Sales targets will include the acquisition of new customers. If it is determined that you will maintain customers, targets will also include the development of existing and acquired customers, which encompasses upsells and cross-sells, as well as customer retention.
  • Strong commission and bonus structure
  • Leverage your relationships throughout your territory to build a book of business with dealerships and dealer groups.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of each dealership's unique business challenges and how our products and services solve their problems.
  • Manage a significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth by generating and qualifying leads.
  • Source and develop client referrals.
  • Schedule daily sales activities.
  • Make sales calls by phone, electronically, or in person.
  • Utilize HubSpot for sales activity records maintenance.
  • Partner with your Performance Management team to ensure customers are properly developed and cared for, with as much enthusiasm as you have for acquiring new customers.
  • Be accountable for delivering on commitments.
