Job description

AutoCanada is currently recruiting a Business Development Coordinator for the Hamilton Area. 

This role is responsible for informing customers of their upcoming service and maintenance needs and booking service appointments. This individual is a friendly and helpful ambassador to our guests and our busy fixed operations team!

Key Responsibilities: 
 

  • First point of contact for, Website Contact, Email inquiries, and Outside Sourcing
  • Inquiries Build rapport with customers using open-ended questions to determine needs & closed-ended questions to confirm/narrow down
  • Set appointments for the Sales team to meet with clients and conduct introductions
  • Coordinate Test Drives, and ensure vehicles are in Sale condition
  • Develop strategies/tactics to build our brand & drive traffic to our website/front door
  • Build strategic relationships & partnerships
  • Analyze consumer behavior & adjust e-mail/advertising campaigns accordingly


Qualifications: 
 

  • Experience in Automotive service BDC and/or a dealership environment is helpful
  • Comfortable communicating via email, text and telephone
  • Familiarity and/or experience with CDK is an asset
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Proficient in technology
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a high energy personality for our fast-paced environment
  • Hospitality experience an asset
  • Familiar with CRM
