As an Automotive Service Technician, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:
 

• Diagnosing vehicle problems
• Repairing or replacing worn and damaged parts, including brakes, chassis, and steering
• Completing approved service on customer vehicles
• Testing and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturer's performance specifications
• Advising front counter staff on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements
• Performing scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups
• Assisting in developing well rounded apprentices
• Maintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
• Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner

What does it take to get on track?
 

• Journeyman Automotive Mechanic (310S) required
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers
• Commitment to providing a superior customer experience
• Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and provide a satisfactory Driver's Abstract from province of residence on an annual basis
