Centennial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an organized, motivated individual to join our team as Sales & Online Leads Administrator!

NOW HIRING: Sales & Online Leads Administrator 

LOCATION: Centennial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Montague, Prince Edward Island

HOURS: Full-time: 40-44 hrs/week, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, and occasionally Saturday's from 9:00am - 1:00pm. 

WAGES: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour + bonus & benefits (negotiable based on experience).

  • Knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications.
  • Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Strong computer abilities for sales tracking, communication and documentation.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.


MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Market store inventory digitally.
  • Promptly respond to inbound internet leads via email, phone calls, etc.
  • Qualify leads by gathering necessary information about customers' preferences, needs, and budget.
  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership showroom or meet with sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions using software.
  • Coordinate with sales manager and representatives for timely follow-up on leads.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to sales operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, inventory availability, pricing, and promotions.
