General Sales Manager - New and Pre-Owned Vehicles

Our car dealership in the Laurentians is looking for a General Sales Manager.

You will excel in:

- Complete management of the new and used vehicle sales department;
- Optimizing profitability, cost control and departmental performance;
- Sales performance management;
- Training, supervising and motivating the sales team;
- The way you establish good customer relations;
- Sales closures and CRM follow-up;
- Analysis of sales closing rate reports;
- Training on product knowledge, features and accessories for the sales team;
- Evaluation of trade-in vehicles;
- Supporting the entire sales team in administrative tasks such as contract follow-up, Internet publications, preparation of sales documents and inventory updates.

Salary and benefits:

- Base salary of $75,000 plus sales bonuses;
- Full group insurance plan.
