In 2024, the Girard Automobile team is growing and we are looking for a BDC Agent.

Come have fun with a fiery, young and dynamic team.

We will train and supervise you, while giving you maximum autonomy.

Your responsibilities include:

    • Track web requests, with the aim of generating appointments;
    • Redistribute web requests to advisors;
    • Reply to incoming chats;
    • Follow up with customers according to telephone and web lists.

Requirements:

    • Excellent communications skills;
    • Good sense of organization and rigor;
    • Team spirit;
    • Customer-centered approach;
    • Comfort with computers

Sales or automotive experience is an asset, but not required. All that is required is a positive attitude!
