Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Painter Preparator to join our team.
The candidate we're looking for will have a strong desire to perform, will be passionate about his or her work, will value teamwork, will always strive to improve, will be motivated by the desire to be among the best, and will contribute to the success of his or her team.
Responsibilities:
- Remove rust from metal, as well as grease and dirt from work surfaces;
- Mask and protect parts that are not to be painted or coated;
- Heat wax and spray on products once they have been tested;
- Sand and roughen parts;
- Apply primer;
- Master block sandblasting and sandblasting machine;
- Collaborate with other employees to repair and prepare vehicles;
- Perform other tasks as required and as directed by management.
We're looking for someone who is stable, serious, professional, takes pride in their work, values teamwork and exceeds the norm. A minimum of three years' experience is required, and you must be results- and solution-oriented.
Note to readers: this is a self-employed position ($25 to $30 per hour depending on credentials).
