• Position Type: Permanent
• Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8 hours/day), Monday to Friday
• Summer Schedule: The shop closes at noon on Fridays during the summer
Description
Alignement Maltais, established for over 40 years, is looking for a dynamic, reliable person with strong teamwork skills. We prioritize customer service.
The primary responsibility of the service advisor is to greet customers and ensure clear communication throughout the work process, while effectively explaining mechanical terms to them.
Job Responsibilities:
• Warmly welcome customers, gather information about their vehicle, and understand their needs
• Relay accurate information to the workshop technicians
• Explain the nature of the required work to customers and associated costs
• Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians
• Inform and advise customers about future maintenance needs for their vehicles
• Order necessary parts from our various suppliers
• Open and close work orders
• Process billing and explain final costs to customers
• Schedule appointments directly at the shop or over the phone
• Perform any other related tasks

• Good listening skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Autonomy and proactivity
• Ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of mechanics and experience in the field (an asset)
