Responsibilities:
• Manage after-sales service effectively and profitably.
• Ensure efficient human resource management and customer retention.
• Maximize the sale of technician availability.
Administrative Tasks:
• Set service objectives in collaboration with your superior.
• Prepare and manage the annual operating budget for after-sales service.
• Ensure the ability to produce reports required by general management and the manufacturer.
• Design and implement a marketing plan to attract new clients and maximize the retention of current clients.
Human Resources Tasks:
• Monitor employee performance using appropriate reports, verification systems, and surveys.
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise the after-sales service team.
• Hold periodic meetings with the service team.
• Create and manage the schedule for all service employees and ensure it is adhered to.
• Foster harmony and teamwork within the service department and with all other departments in the dealership.
Customer Service Tasks:
• Build and maintain harmonious relationships with clients.
• Build and maintain harmonious relationships with vocational training centers to support recruitment activities.
• Ensure all clients are welcomed promptly and receive a reasonable estimate of costs and time required for repairs and maintenance.
• Address customer complaints promptly, according to dealership guidelines.
• Implement and maintain a customer satisfaction system.
