Experienced Delievery Attendant

Brief description:

Under the Sales Manager’ supervision, you proceed to the delivery of vehicles to customers, both on paper and physically, by ensuring impeccable service. You must provide for the client’s needs at all times.

You will have to confirm the commercial offer according to the type of transaction, in order to increase the sale of our products.

The main tasks:

- Verify your file one hour before the delivery of the vehicle and react immediately, if there is an error;
- Check the vehicle for delivery by making sure all options are properly installed and in working order;
- Adapt and program the vehicle to the customer's needs;
- Have the documents for the file and commercial offer signed by the client and clearly explain all the documents;
- Deal effectively with any problem raised by the client and immediately inform the management;
- Ensure that each client is satisfied with the delivery and performance of all contributors;
- Perform other related duties as required by management.

The required skills:

- Bilingualism;
- Knowledge of German products;
- Assiduity and reliability;
- Politeness and courtesy;
- Great sense of organization and planning;
- Good management of stress and priorities;
- Able to compose according to a variable schedule (the schedule is established according to the sales rhythm);
- Able to teach the vehicle characteristics to customers.

Prerequisites for use:

- Possess a valid driver's license;
- To have a neat appearance, to present oneself professionally.
