Service Advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!

Job description:

- Open work orders;
- Close work orders;
- Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles;
- Take calls and make appointments;
- Follow up on parts on order;
- Understand how to apply manufacturer's warranty including prepaid maintenance plans;
- Make extended warranty requests;
- Manage multiple computer platforms.

* Candidates with experience in all types of positions in the automotive industry are welcome! *

Job requirements:

- Experience within the automotive industry (any type of position);
- Bilingual in French and English (an asset);
- Passionate about customer service (enjoys working with the public).

We offer permanent employment with a 5-day week (from Monday to Friday), no weekends.

We offer a salary between $65,000 and $85,000 per year.
