Job description
The Hyundai Chomedey service team awaits you with a warm welcome in a new, state-of-the-art building! Our service department is focused on professional customer service and an attentive approach to customer needs. Thanks to the reliability and expertise of our after-sales staff, and the invaluable experience we've acquired over the years, we're able to offer a unique and memorable experience!
We sell over 1000 new vehicles and over 2000 pre-owned vehicles.
We are looking for a BDC Agent (appointment booking) to complement our service team.
Job duties:
- Follow up with service customers;
- Schedule customer appointments;
- Manage the appointment process with technical advisors;
- Suggest manufacturer-recommended maintenance/services based on vehicle mileage, age and history to maximize service department profitability;
- Answer service department phone calls promptly, courteously and professionally;
- Perform any other related duties.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Computer skills;
- Experience in appointment scheduling and follow-up;
- Sense of priorities;
- Decisiveness and autonomy;
- Dynamic;
- Fluently bilingual.
