Service Advisor

Hyundai Ste-Agathe / Val-David, a company focused on customer and employee satisfaction, is currently growing. In order to meet our growing clientele, we are looking for a Service Advisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greeting and advising customers according to the company and the manufacturer's standards;
- Detailing and recommending maintenance that meets the needs and expectations of customers;
- Answering questions and reassuring customers;
- Carrying out inspections around the vehicle;
- Ensuring regular and quality follow-ups with customers;
- Taking incoming calls from the service department;
- Contacting our customers to offer them our latest products and services;
- Keeping customer files up to date.

SKILLS:

- Experience in sales and customer service;
- Dynamism and persuasiveness;
- Positive attitude, sense of repartee and resourcefulness;
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service;
- At ease with computer tools;
- Bilingualism in French and English;
- Valid driver's licence.
