What you'll do:

As General Sales Manager, you will have complete control of the department, with responsibility for ensuring its long-term success.

Your main tasks:

- Leading and coaching the sales team to achieve performance targets, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience (new and used vehicles and financial products (FNI);
- Develop innovative and effective sales strategies to maximize sales and increase customer satisfaction;
- Ensure the day-to-day management of the sales department, with full responsibility for performance, profitability and customer satisfaction;
- Actively participate in the transaction and closing of all showroom transactions in both the new and pre-owned departments;
- Actively participate in the performance group, working with management to align sales objectives with overall company strategy;
- Willing to put in the hours necessary to achieve the ambitious goals we set ourselves, in a constantly changing environment.
