Groupe Couture, 17 dealerships in Quebec, is looking for a motivated and organized BDC Manager to join our team.

What is the Couture Group BDC?

Our BDC team manages and follows up web leads throughout the customer buying process. Its main objective: to facilitate communication with web customers and schedule dealership appointments, as efficiently and quickly as possible for the customer. In addition, the team answers questions and guides customers according to their needs, in preparation for their meeting with a sales consultant.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfaction, a strong ability to manage relationships and an excellent understanding of BDC operations in the automotive sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the BDC, including managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online requests;
- Train, coach and motivate the BDC team to achieve performance objectives while using advanced technological tools;
- Act as BDC liaison with dealership sales managers;
- Analyze performance reports and adjust strategies to improve results;
- Manage customer databases and ensure information integrity and currency;
- Collaborate with marketing team and dealerships to implement effective campaigns to attract new customers;
- Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly and professionally to customer requests.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry;
- Strong people management and communication skills;
- Availability to travel to different Group dealerships;
- Knowledge of CRM software, Activix a considerable asset;
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
