Receptionist / Operators - day shift

Located in the east end of Montreal for 67 years, CHRISTIN Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking to hire a Receptionist to complement its team of administrative support staff. Your future responsibilities as a Receptionist:

- Greet and direct customers in the showroom;
- Screen and direct telephone calls;
- Take customer payments and issue receipts;
- Perform data entry for customer follow-up;
- Assist the Sales Manager in managing the showroom;
- Exchange vehicles between dealerships;
- Perform all other administrative tasks related to vehicle sales;

Prerequisites for the Receptionist position:

- Related experience, preferably in the automotive field;
- Developed computer skills;
- Positive attitude and be professional;
- Autonomy, diligence and resourcefulness.

Assets:

- Knowledge of the ERA IGNITE system;
- Knowledge of the ACTIVIX customer tracking system;
- Functional English.
