Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Position: Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager.
Location: Saint-Léonard, Montreal, Quebec.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to manage our growing automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing a sales team, a special attraction for the customer experience and a passion for the automotive industry.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage sales;
- Set and achieve the dealership's sales objectives;
- Supervise and motivate the sales team;
- Implement effective sales strategies;
- Ensure excellent customer service;
- Manage operations;
- Supervise overall dealership operations;
- Manage used vehicle inventory;
- Ensure dealership profitability;
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and partners;
- Manage the team;
- Recruit, train and supervise staff;
- Create a positive and motivating work environment;
- Evaluate team performance.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position in the automotive industry;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills;
- Strong sales and negotiation skills;
- In-depth knowledge of the local automotive market;
- Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
