Job description

For over 10 years, Centre de Collision Rive-Nord has been a state-of-the-art workshop. It uses quality equipment to repair chassis and perform other bodywork of all kinds. You'll find top-notch paint chambers, a team of appraisers and several insurance partners, a limited lifetime warranty on most repairs, and over 10,000 square feet of work space to serve you better. Certified technicians are trained to work on all makes and models of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will provide administrative support and customer service on behalf of the dealership and/or the General Manager in a subcontracting context.

Tasks related to customer service and insurer relations:

- Greet customers courteously upon arrival;
- Answer telephone calls promptly, politely and professionally;
- Open and follow up files (sign work orders);
- Follow up on diary with appraiser;
- Complete insurance forms to specify repair cost estimates and recommendations;
- Verify costs (e.g.: taxes, deductible and work for customers);
- File invoices (copies to office files and filing cabinets);
- Follow-up on supplier statements and cheques within deadlines;
- Participate in delivery with the manager by handing over the warranty pouch;
- Receive customer payment (deductible and taxes);
- Manage courtesy fleet;
- Maintain cleanliness and order;
- Create and maintain good customer relations to promote customer loyalty and obtain customer referrals;
- Maintain good working relationships with our suppliers and insurers;
- Maintain high quality customer service (non-negotiable).

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Office Suite (Word and Excel);
- Knowledge of CDK and Mitchell Connect accounting software;
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a collision center Liaison Agent;
- Results and solutions oriented;
- Bilingual (30% of customers are English-speaking).

Schedule:

- Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m;
- Friday, 7:30 a.m. to noon.
