Looking to join a fast-paced and an ever expanding organization? Be a part of our dynamic team at Performance Auto Group! We are currently seeking an Aftersales Accounts and Operations Specialist to join our Corporate Aftersales Team!

The Aftersales Accounts and Operations Specialist ensures timely collection of payments and resolves billing issues while also leading operational projects to enhance aftersales processes. This role supports the Aftersales Business Development Manager with strategic initiatives and reporting, while maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Here's what you'll deliver:

 

  • Accounts Receivable and Collections:
    • Monitor and manage aftersales accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
    • Follow up with customers on overdue accounts and resolve any billing issues.
    • Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and trends.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Customer Service and Support:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to aftersales clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Assist in developing and implementing customer retention strategies.
  • Operational Efficiency, Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Coordinate and manage various operational projects to improve aftersales processes and efficiency.
    • Analyze current operations and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Aftersales Business Development Manager.
    • Assist the Aftersales Business Development Manager with daily tasks and strategic initiatives.
    • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and business planning.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and coordinate projects.
    • Collect and analyze data related to aftersales performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics and insights. Prepare presentations as needed.
    • Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and support business growth.


What do you need to succeed?

 

  • One year of experience in accounts receivables, project management, or a related role within the automotive industry.
  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in business or a related subject.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and services and familiarity with CDK and CRM systems are preferred

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience and bonus earnings***

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
