Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Consultant (2 combined positions)

We are a growing Volkswagen dealership in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu that is looking to expand its sales team.

We are currently looking for Assistant Sales Managers / Sales Consultants (combined positions) for our new vehicles department. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales.

Main responsibilities as an Assistant Sales Manager:

- Assisting the Sales Manager with various administrative tasks;
- Carrying out lease returns;
- Replacing the Sales Manager when needed;
- Helping and supporting the sales team to conclude transactions in the absence of the Sales Manager;
- Presenting the customer's exchange evaluation;
- Working in collaboration with the Sales Manager to ensure that established procedures are respected and followed.

Main responsibilities as a Sales Consultant :

- Greeting each customer who visits the dealership in a polite and courteous manner;
- Carrying out all the necessary steps to close the sale;
- Introducing the dealership and its services to all customers;
- Preparing and informing customers adequately in order to optimize the meeting with the Financial & Insurance Manager;
- Ensuring that the preparation of sold vehicles is done in an efficient manner;
- Following-up with each customer who has or has not purchased a vehicle;
- Ensuring that our customers' files are up to date at all times.
