Acura Brossard, a high-end vehicle dealership, is looking for an Appointments and Customer Service Specialist.
The incumbent is responsible for making appointments for after-sales service customers, as well as following up with them to generate appointments for recommended and/or scheduled maintenance. In addition, during busy periods or vacations, the incumbent will act as support and/or replacement for the technical advisors.
You must be dynamic, courteous and professional. You must demonstrate tact, maturity and discretion, be highly organized, know how to prioritize and be eager to offer superior service to our customers.
Profile:
- Customer service experience required (in a car dealership, an asset);
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- Functional computer skills;
- Neat presentation;
- Friendly, diligent, punctual and articulate.
