Key Responsibilities:

Automotive Service Advisor:
 

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and recommend the right service solutions.
• Efficiently schedule service appointments and coordinate with service technicians to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide customers with clear explanations of recommended services, maintenance schedules, and available promotions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience through honesty, professionalism, and responsiveness.

BDC Agent:
 

• Use your communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills to assess clients' needs and provide solutions.
• Own the customer service experience by building rapport and trust with clients, representing the dealership as an advocate.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, and ensure that customers feel valued and supported.

Requirements:
 

• Experience in customer service or automotive roles (Service Advisor or BDC Agent experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-whether in person, on the phone, or through written correspondence.
• Ability to think on your feet, remain adaptable, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• A clean driver's abstract and successful background check are required.
• Availability for rotating shifts and some weekends.
