    The Role: 

    As a DTO Senior Training Specialist you will provide and support training to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software. You will be responsible for assisting customers' training on the phone virtually leading up to the new software completion. DTO Senior Specialists also assist the customer when required with new software install training in person onsite. 

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist with mentor, train and develop other members of the team as per DTO leads direction
    • Provide excellent support to our customers in our software
    • The ability to handle, fix and training all difficult scenarios in the silo assigned
    • Complete ability to perform data analysis and investigations
    • The ability to diagnose and break down all training in the PBS system
    • The ability to manage, deploy and update larger groups
    • Must have a complete understanding of all products and business as a whole
    • Responds to both internal and external training with the most difficult requests in a timely manner
    • Works directly with customer and train all difficult sessions in assigned silo or silos
    • Be able to talk about and be able to navigate our entire DMS Software to be able to better assist all requests
    • Provide ongoing training on the software and different disciplines within the company
    • Seeks ideas and feedback to help improve processes, procedures and the PBS product
    • Maintain at least 2 certifications or main discipline
    • Follow up on all enhancements that are created for the silo you are assigned
    • Assigned training of larger groups and/or complex installs
    • Help manage changes to processes and procedures
    • Advanced consulting and relationship building
    • Support and additional training when required
    • Process development when required
    • Perform other duties when required
    • High school diploma
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Customer service experience
    • Automotive dealership experience is an asset
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
    • Available to work Saturday, and/or Sunday due to scheduled travel
    • A valid passport
    • 1-2 years Previous Experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment considered an asset
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - web
    • High School Diploma
    • Must hold a valid driver's license and passport
    • Available to travel up to 50% of the time (2 weeks per month)
    • Available to work nonstandard hours starting at 5:30, 7:30 or 9:30am and occasionally Saturday and/or Sunday.
    • Available to work occasionally Saturday and/or Sunday due to travel schedule
    • Stock laptop provided at time of hire
    • This position can require long periods of sitting or standing and extended use of a computer and phone
    • Sit/stand desks are available when working in the office environment
    • Lifting to a light level (up to 20 lbs./10 kgs on an occasional basis, and up to 10 lbs. /5 kgs on a frequent basis)
