We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Kamloops, BC Dealership as Receptionist/Sales Assistant. This position is part time 3 days preferably Thursday - Saturday( days may vary based on departement schdeule.)

Wage range $19.00- $20 per hour based on expereince.

Job Duties

 

  • Adhering to the company Mission, Vision & Values
  • Answering calls and directing them to appropriate sales consultants
  • Greeting and directing customers
  • Daily administrative tasks, distributing messages and mail, managing dealer plates and office equipment
  • Data entry
  • Order administration for stocking inventory orders. Including - preliminary order management approval, creation of order, communication and interface with manufacturers and dealership flooring provider, specification and price management, order confirmation, management approval on final factory invoice.
  • Updating the exchange rate (G2/IDS) on unit orders.
  • Utilizing IDS software to manage order administration and use dealership filing system to manage both on-order and in-stock unit records.
  • Executing the administration of inventory pricing strategy as established by company and Sales Manager.
  • Supporting Sales Manager in the planning and execution of off-site sales.
  • Managing all sales department files, both electronic and paper files.
  • Coordinating the supply of advertising details to the marketing department.
  • Administering inventory presented on company web site including uploading of photographs and scrutiny over specifications and web price.
  • Updating the Previously Used board.
  • Updating the Wow board.
  • Replenishing brochures and point of purchase material in a timely manner.
  • Providing back up coverage for reception and coverage for reception lunch and coffee breaks.
  • Any other items, as directed by the Manager


Requirements

 

  • Valid drivers license
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Highly organized
  • Experience with computers and Microsoft Office is a must
  • Expereince in Administrative skills along with caring about the details are important aspects of this role.
