Automotive Warranty Sales Advisor

AutoCanada is NOW HIRING an outgoing, motivated Automotive Warranty Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Winnipeg! 

Reporting to the Director of AutoCanada F&I, the Automotive Warranty Representative/Advisor with respond to online Warranty sales traffic, via Kijiji and other media channels. New to AutoCanada, this innovative and unique role will help to support the sales initiatives of the Auto Canada Warranty division.

Flexible Work Schedule Options: 

This role presents a unique and flexible work schedule, can include days/evenings and weekends - we are willing to discuss varied options for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities: 
 

• Responding to online warranty inquiries via Kijiji and other sourcing channels
• Answering questions about warranty options best fitting the clients' vehicle requirements.
• Maintain and manage online leads, nurturing and building relationships
• Explain and facilitate warranty sales proposals and payment terms.
• Maintaining up to date files of factory warranty expiries to compare to client records to ensure our customers are aware of when their coverage is expiring and communicating with them to review next steps for continued warranty protection.
• Maintain and up-to-date customer warranty database to drive current and future warranty sales.
• With a continuous learning mentality, gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers confidently choose warranty options.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely manner and in compliance with company policy

Qualifications:
 

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• An exceptional phone presence and ability to build relationships quickly.
• 3 years of dealership experience, preferably in automotive sales and/or the business office is preferred.
• Previous experience managing online sales leads in a dealership environment is preferred.
• A familiarity with automotive warranty products via business office interactions is helpful
• A general understanding of automotive maintenance needs.
• Must submit to and adequately pass a pre-employment background and MVR screen prior to employment.
  High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role required with experience in retail, sales, marketing, and customer service being preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to construct emails and messages in a professional and inviting manner
• Has the competitive spirit, drive, outgoing personality, consistency, and resilience to meet monthly sales objectives while following a daily work plan
