Job description
Follow-ups & Appointments Clerk (after-sales service) needed for a permanent, full-time position at our company, which is easily accessible by public transit (free parking).
JOB DESCRIPTION :
You will act as a liaison between the service department and its customers.
DUTIES:
- Contact and receive calls/emails/text messages/internet requests from our customers to schedule vehicle maintenance;
- Solicit existing customers to promote manufacturer-recommended maintenance services and, where applicable, promote other after-sales services as directed by management;
- Schedule and confirm appointments;
- Follow-up with all concerned after repairs have been made;
- Make phone calls/digital relays for seasonal promotions.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an automotive service department or customer service call center;
- Knowledge of SERTI system (an asset);
- Customer service oriented;
- Comfortable on the phone;
- Bilingual (French and English) with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Team player.
