We're looking for a motivated Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team. If you'd like to work in a friendly environment where teamwork and respect are the order of the day, Blainville Ford is the place for you!
Main duties:
- Handling telephone calls;
- Management of vehicle orders (documentation);
- Management of vehicle purchases;
- Vehicle sales;
- Support to accounting clerk (receivables/payables);
- Other related tasks.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience;
- Good command of the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);
- Knowledge of accounting software;
- Good command of French and functional English;
- Versatile, rigorous, meticulous, organized and discreet;
- Good team spirit, positive attitude, good listening skills and good stress management.
Asset:
- Knowledge of CDK Drive and One Eighty.
