Internal Service Advisor

We are looking for an Internal Technical Advisor for our branch located on Monterey Street in Laval.

Job objective:

To follow up on the cosmetic and mechanical preparation steps in order to coordinate the delivery of used vehicles so that they are delivered according to the dealership's standards.

Tasks :

- Open repair orders for used internal vehicles;
- Follow-up on preparation/delivery requests;
- Ensure that all work requested on the vehicle is carried out;
- Ensure that all work is completed on schedule;
- Distribute work to technicians to meet deadlines;
- Store vehicles in Keytrack;
- Follow-up on subcontracting requests (tinted windows, protex, etc.);
- Follow-up on subcontractor invoices and close work orders according to standards;
- Ensure good communication with the sales department;
- Respond to Mercedes-Benz Canada requests (e.g. vehicle preparation);
- Perform other duties as required and directed by management.

Requirements :

- Knowledge of CDK software (an important asset);
- Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz applications (an important asset);
- Knowledge of Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.);
- Experience in a service department (an asset).
